Coming off of their performance at Logan Square Arts fest, Strawberry Jacuzzi headline this Thursday at Lincoln Hall. Check out their single “Bitch Jam” here. Also playing is Bleach Party, a garage-surf band from Chicago, and Sheep Numbers and Soddy Daisy.






Dastardly (record release) w/ Oshwa

Chicago folk band Dastardly has been around for a few years but will finally release their debut album this Friday with a show at Lincoln Hall. The band, fronted by Gabe Liebowitz, released their album The Hollow digitally on July 1 but Friday’s show will mark its full debut. Chicago natives Oshwa will also play, along with The Gold Web. Undercut Collective Presents: A Cool Hand/Logan & LucilleUndercut Collective

Urbana native Saskia Bakker’s Undercut Collective project will host its first outdoor show in mid-July. The show features locals A Cool Hand and singer-songwriter Jack Johnston, as well as touring acts Logan & Lucille and Sleeping Cranes. The Undercut Collective aims to throw all-age shows in the CU community in order to provide outlets for the youth in the local music community. Keep up to date with the project on Facebook here.

Chicago punk band Nervous Passenger headline this show with Secret Grief, an indie band from Michigan with a heavy emo influence. Kickstand Productions presents this show, taking place in the downstairs showroom at SubT.
