The fourth-annual Illinois festival will take place in Hickory Hills, a suburb of Chicago.

The festival’s founder and organizer, Ben Arguelles, hosts the festival in his backyard, building wooden stages, booths, and other amenities for festival-goers to enjoy. This year, Arguelles said the festival will include two stages for the first time. It will also areas designated for food, band merch, games, raffles, and fireworks. The unique suburban festival manages to legitimize itself as a music destination for those in Chicago every year, despite being a festival thrown in a suburban backyard. Its at-home feel manages to bring its attendees together, all in the name of making music.
